GRADWELL NEED BETTER SYSTEMS AND BETTER SUPPORT FACT
Gradwell don't have a month or week going by without issues. I find myself writing this due to a huge outage today on the VoIP front.
Went to their service status page and no report (yet) They only post issues once they have solved them, which is a bit useless if your wondering why 50 phones in your company have suddenly stopped making and taking calls.
They have over the months this year promised upgrades to make the system fail safe and have found it getting worse.
Call backs or reply emails from support are rubbish 24hrs + easy and really think they are short staffed. If you don't get through to support you get put through to a rented answer service were they haven't a clue what's going on. Take your name number and you feel as though they just put it in the bin some days.
I'm a reseller for them and have lost total faith in them and cannot sell their service that is always letting me and my client down!
I get no email explaining why it happened and whats goping to be done to prevent it and no apology either!
