On Sept 27th, 2009 we,a group of 10 people,had a flight into Athens GR. We had arranged and paid for,through WAT, a shuttle from airport to hotel. Our flight was delayed. we called WAT's contractor in Athens and cancelled our service for the appointed time and told them we would reschedule with them when we reached Frankfurt and found out when we would arrive in Athens.We could not raise them when we called, no one answered, we tried several times using the International operator. No success and no transfer.We have been trying to contact WAT for a refund but have not received one response back from them. I'am extremly disappointed in WAT's lack for response and would not use them again.
