I ordered a new car in March 2009. first excuse was the dealer went bankrupt. Then a hire company was taking over the cars and would sell one to me, and then a finance company appeared that was apparently owed money by the dealer. After that I was told I could get my car after two weeks. Eight months later i'm still waiting to be contacted by Broadspeed. I went elsewhere in the end. I wouldn't touch Broadspeed ever again, they are not reliable.
