“BEWARE of this site! Horrible customer service. They...”

BEWARE of this site! Horrible customer service. They automatically charge you and there is no way to get your money back or dispute the charge. Their 888 number is a run around which in the end sends you to their customer service email address. I have emailed them three times over the course of one month and have received NO response.
