A complete shambles rates this bank too highly. I used it to open an account for a local residents' association. Not only did it take me three months to fill in all the forms correctly but the online account is utterly useless - when I can get online. As I only access the account every six weeks or so my password expires and I am forced to phone up (business hours only) in order to get a password reset. When I can get online the transaction listings do not give me the names of people who have paid in cheques - only the cheque number. Account printouts are incomprehensible. The helpline is as unhelpful as I have found anywhere. I cannot think of a single thing I can say in support of this bank.
