The Hire desk was not where Carhire3000 told me it was,(terminal 1 Manchester airport) it had moved over a year ago, they didn't even know this on their helpline. When I finaly found the desk, the car I ordered 2 weeks previously was ready for me but at the wrong branch. I waited over an hour to for them to get me a different car. Just what you need after a long flight, carting all my luggage around, looking for the stupid rental office, and then being made late by their total incompitence.
