I had 02 broadband last year on their basic package (£12.50 for non-O2 or £7.50) for O2 customers. Box arrived promptly and very easy to install. I had a few problems during the year but this seemed to be the line more than O2 but their technical support are happy to check everything and talk you through anything which was great. I had my box replaced on one occasion because it stopped working but the replacement was there within a day or so (I initially had the old black box but got the new white box which was much more reliable). Again easy to install and worked fine. Didn't have a problem again and everything went smoothly.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for broadband, excellent all round service.
