I hope I never have to deal with this company again.
We were kept waiting over two hours after arriving at the airport before the bus departed and we were last to arrive at the pick-up point. We were repeatedly told 'another ten minutes'. Other passengers were kept waiting over two and a half hours.
I tried to confirm pick-up for our return flight, only to be told the system was down. When I eventually got through I was given conflicting pick-up points. We arrived twenty minutes early at the pick-up and three quarters of an hour later there was still no show by the bus. A phone call elicited the information that they'd be there in about twenty minutes, that was about the only thing they got right! Other travellers on the bus told us the driver appeared not to know where they were going, this seemed to be confirmed by the bus stopping at hotels where no-one was collected.
