I ordered some software from Bitesize as it was over £100 cheaper than Amazon. After reading the reviews on here I was concerned, however most people seemed to have problems getting refunds, therefore I decided to wait it out and see if my item ever arrived. I chased via email a few times and Bitesize were always very prompt at replying and eventually, after a 3 week wait, my goods were despatched via DHL (with a tracking number) and arrived in perfect condition. While I personally wouldn't use them again, I would say that if you are after a bargain and don't need your goods in a hurry, then give them a try.
