Changed to 02 from another network due to bad coverage,02 sales person (they cold called me)promised best coverage in my area. Have never been happy, am unable ever to make or receive voice calls within my home and can only get signal if I stand in middle of the road, if I'm lucky. Also no signal in many other areas. When complaining today was told there was nothing they could/would do as I should not expect to use my mobile phone for calls at home!!! Why did their sales person not mention this?
