I bought my policy in October 2008 and the initial processing seemed very good. Everything seemed OK until my car was stolen In August this year. I phoned the claims department straight away and after ten minutes spoke to an advisor who was very helpful. My claim was registered and I complted an online claim for a few days later. Everything looked ok.

Over the past three months I have phoned and phoned and received different information each time. I am told that they are waiting for a police report that would be in on the 5/10/2009. when I phoned on this date they knew nothing of this. I am now having to do all the running around and am extremly distressed because I am still having to pay montly payment on a car I dont have. The fact I am treated as a criminal is out of order when the the person who stole it get aways with it.

So basically I am still waiting three months down the line and dont have much hope in having it sorted before christmas
