Very swift from car to plane thanks to booking in online. No luggage to check in so swiftly to gate. Staff efficient and friendly at Edinburgh and also at Bologna.
On flight staff pleasant and well organised, good info on flight.
Plane clean, seats leather so no grotty or dodgy material to harbour grease or yuk. Safety info in front of nose on seat in front- excellent!
Not obliged to take magazine or stuff to buy so not pestered to buy plastic junk for youngest. No pouches of grotty mags/ sick bags/ other people's junk and germs- huzzah to that! Regular clearing of junk. Had own food so can't judge air food but couldn't indicate that on stars. Arrived on time at Bologna, dead close to city, perfect.
Have flown all kinds of airlines at various classes and this did the job.
