Me and my friend were flying from Houston to Peoria via Dallas for some urgent work to peoria on 16October 2009, but the AA flight got delayed from Houston so we asked the AA assosiates to provide another to peoria or some other connection to dallas so that we can reach peoria as it is urgent but they said we are flying in 15 minutes and we will not miss our connection, we repaeated our request several times but they always said few minutes and finally we missed our connection and we were not able to reach peoria for work. And when asked for compensate it the assosiate at airport simply said providing hotel and food coupon is only compensation. And handed us a number to call and log complain and was so rude you can never beleive a airport assosiate could ever be.
