I absolutely love my kirby. I have owned it for almmost two years and will never switch brands. This is the one Ive been looking for. It is a bit pricey but if you listen closely to the 10 year plan the salesman shows you, you will realize that it pays for itself!!!! Even though I live in apartments I haven't lost money on my security deposits due to carpet being dirty; and I have three kids!!! So I highly recommend it, there are a lot of attatchments, you may not use all of them all the time, but they're there when you DO need them!!!

Kirby G5 / 6 / 7 does do a good job, however too heavy far too expensive. Waste of £1000, Dyson is just as good and easier to work with.
