I have just returned from a week break with Saga in Cyprus. The hotel was good with clean rooms and very comfortable public areas, with lots of sitting space. Our trip was made even more enjoyable because of the rep who was resident in our hotel. He ensured that each and every guest was given individual attention, always going the extra mile to ensure that we were enjoying our holiday. During our stay, he had two guests hospitalised, and was of great support to their partners, arranging things to minimise their distress.
This was my second Saga trip, and although there are packages which cost less, overall Saga is good value: we have had flights at convenient times of the day from convenient airports and the included excursions seem to me to represent good value for money
