Put in an order for Pre-Release date Windows 7 which was market wide on a discount for pre orders. When release date came round was sent an email saying product not available so order cancelled - however you can order Windows 7 from the site now at the new increased prices????? That's the point of pre-order - it isn't available until release date. Totally non-sensical, illogical, frustrating and I can't put into words how annoyed I really am. I mean the boat has gone now - I can't even take my patronage elsewhere as the release date has passed. There are no pre-order discounts in the market now!
