Perfectly useful service for all your basic banking needs such as checking balances, moving money around, setting up payments etc.

Web site by no means ground-breaking in terms of 'user experience' or even functionality, but secure, simple, and perfectly adequate.

As a client of one of their premium services, the people on the phone behind the system are equally as good.
