OMG - where to start with MCE? I wouldnt touch them with a bargepole. Customer service is NIL, I cant get through to anyone and on the rare occassion I do, they havent got a clue! Im surprised the FSA hasnt closed them down! Fees are extortionate, they cant process anything without doing it incorrectly - absolute shambles. They dont comply with any TCF or MID guidelines. you have been warned!!!
