As a previous reviewer had said, the term 'ugg' is misleading. Ugg is not a brand but a type of boot and quality can vary from retailers. I have brought a EMU ugg boots for about £70 which I absolutely love, well made, very comfortable and warm. This are the ones with the hip buttons and ribbons. I loved them so much, I brought two pairs.

I have brought another UGG, this one from Ugg australia and there is a huge different in quality, same price roughly but seam is uneven, glue visible in many area between sole and upper boot. Very disappointing and will not buy again. This was from a website stating Ugg boots Uk but the shipping was from China and had to wait over 15 days for delivery.
