Good service when you are buying or upgrading but absolutely shocking customer care and support afterwards.
I have tried to register for their email service..I had to make a complaint to even report that their online email registration service doesnt work.
Was eventually called back and told that it would be several days before that service was back up...possibly a week!
Orange lost the plot about 8 years ago...I only use them as they have coverage where I live.
Frankly I think you can do better spending your money elsewhere. They dont care about you as a customer....I wouldnt bother caring about them as a supplier
