DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they make promises that they cannot keep. I ordered a camera at the begining of September under the impression that it would arrive in time for hols. The same story as numerous other customers, after sending numerous emails I was advised to cancel my order and that I would recieve a refund within 5 working days. I AM STILL WAITING, I have sent over 25 emails and have just sent final email informing them unless an email is received I will go through fraud dept of credit card company.
All I can say is that I wish I had seen this review site before parting with £250 BE WARNED, pay a few pounds more from reputable company!!!!!!!!!!!!

MARTIN LEWIS FROM WATCHDOG IS WANTING ANY INFORMATION ABOUT BITESIZE DEALS. PLEASE DO THIS. THE MORE PEOPLE WE GET THE BETTER.

I have just found the website http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=20336225#post20336225 with the money man (Martin Lewis) from Watchdog. He wants to hear from anyone who has had issues with Bitesize Deals. He has asked people to email him on investigation@moneysavingexpert.com and explain what happened.

Fingers crossed Martin Lewis and maybe Watchdog get enough people and do something about this scam website.
