My son dropped his iphone on 8th September. I sent a fax with proof from 02 on 9th September. It is now 22 October and they have promised me the iphone will be be with him shortly. I have telephone around 10 times and spoken to different people. This company is rubbish and I have my own iphone insured with them, but when it is up for renewal I will choose a better company. Honestly, it is terrible service.
