If you are on LLU o2, then you're in for a treat. If, however, you are on the "Access" package, things can get very bad, especially during peak time.
Speeds would drop to dial up speeds. Whenever I could get through to support, they said my exchange was busy, or "we are rolling out traffic management". The exchange story was a lie as my neighbour with a different ISP was running full speed.
If you can get LLU, o2 are a good company with friendly support. If you are signing up to the access package, be prepared to be treated like a 3rd rate citizen. My 1* rating is based upon the access package.
