OMG signing up to love film was the biggest mistake of my life....i have never been so frustrated!!...after finding a cheaper service i decided to cancel my love film account and thats when the nightmare began!!..(1)i had to spend an hour spelling out what i was saying because the idian call centre worker didnt understand me..she didnt let me cancel until 5days b4 my next billing date..so i did and i continued to get charged ..so i canceled AGAIN and was reassured i wouldnt get charged again..so i thought everything was fine..then..i was informed in october that the disc i returned in AUGUST was lost and my account was still active! ahh!! what?? so i phoned back today and Halelaja..theyve finally got themsleves a UK CALL CENTER!!!!woooo the lady was very helpful told me i had to sign onto love film report the disc lost(WHICH I WAS NEVER TOLD TO DO BEFORE OR TOLD THAT IT WAS LOST!!) so i did then she canceled my account and i will no longer get chardge! FINGERS CROSSED !! i wanted to cry with joy at getting this experience over with!! hopefully they are going to turn themsleves around..UK call center is definatley a step in the right direction!!:)
