Virgin Media, www.virginmedia.com Review

I decided to leave Virgin Media after they couldn't handle a simple house move, constantly getting the two house details mixed up and twice not calling me to let me know they couldn't connect the service. (they did send an e-mail on one occasion to let me know I didn't have broadband - the irony!)
One thing to watch out for, I chose the Virgin Media deal back in 2005 because it did not tie you down to a contract. Now I'm leaving, I am made aware that I'm tied in for a year. I'll be fighting that tooth and nail, I never agreed to a minimum term. Underhand behaviour from such a large company, shame.
