I was offered £1,495.00 for my Vauxhall corsa and travelled to one of the depots thinking I would get a reasonable amount for my car however after the evalution I was only offered £1,000.00 (which is a ripoff) he said that it was due to the scratches down my car, despite me having already decalred them online and there being nothing else wrong with my car!!! I have since found out that this seems to be something that is very common with them and I would strongly advise anyone not to use them. I have since sold my car with wewantanycar.com in cannock who gave me £1580.00 for my car which was only £30.00 less than what I got valuated on the internet and the customer service was briliant - I recommend you use them if you live locally!!
