This is the level of service you get from Interparcel and this isn't the first time. I should've learnt the first time round. They are not worth the hassle.

Read the email correspondence which ensued following my question 'where is my parcel'. It's actually laughable.

And, BTW, if you didn't know, Europe is a big place. You learn something new every day, don't you.

this explanation just sums up how absolutely incompetent you are! Blaming it on the fact that Europe is a big place?! what sort of a patronising and school-boy level explanation is this? If you can't deliver it in a big place such as Europe go and do something else. I'm sure DHL will beg to differ on this, won't they?

Being dropped off and not collected - it was done following your approval that I could drop it off! Again, not sure who is incompetent here; you or DHL!

It doesn't say on your website it's an estimate - it says 2 to 5 days and not 8 or 10! Your service is substandard to that of the Post Office! This is the second time you under delivered and fobbed me off with a ridicules explanation. I hope others will think twice before using Interparcel's shocking service!

I can assure you, Mr [name removed], that I'll get this email correspondence up on the web in as many places as possible- it's a big place too, but people will find it easier than you can deliver a parcel from A to B!

With the delivery times it is just estimated as Europe is a big place so every country has their own times but we can not add this to the website.
I am unsure why it didn't depart earlier, it may have been due to the parcel being dropped off an not collected. I can only offer my apologies on this and just advise that you keep an eye on the online tracking.

I think I don't follow. On your website you state it takes 2 to 5 working days. So, taking Friday out of the count and starting on Monday the parcel should arrive this Friday, the 23rd not 28th!!!! This is the second time I'm having an issue with your delivery dates.

How come it only left yesterday???

After booking it through your website I spoke to one of your colleagues and agreed that I was going to drop it off on Friday instead of DHL collecting it on Monday. I did drop it off on Friday and the parcel number is:
