shocking bank!, have banked with them for 4 years, went £200 overdrawn initially, am now 4500 overdrawn 3500 is in charges am getting charged more than i can put in, am totaly trapped by the b******s and now i cant set up another account anywhere else because they have ruined my credit rating, do yourselves a favour people and stash your money under a floorboard!!!
if i treated people like this id have gone down the pan 2, no wonder they need public bale out!

i only gave one star rating because i had to give them something, as if my money wasnt bad enough!! i have to give a false rating!
