Like someone else said I was dreading claiming given some of the reviews I have read. My dog had a painkilling injection for a problem with his leg, which he had a severe reaction to and ended up in emergency care overnight. The bill (being an emergency service) was almost £500 and Tesco have just paid it no problems at all. The only negative is it took them over a month to settle the claim - however I did ring to chase it and the lady was very apologetic for the delay and gave me an estimate of when the claim would be processed, which was accurate. I pay £9 per month for my pedigree dog.
