Sent faulty goods which were returned with an agreement that they would refund in full. Their technical people confirmed that they were faulty. They only refunded £130 and then sent another TV of the same make and model which wasn't authorised. Sent this one back as unwanted. Outcome was that they still owed me £10.68. Needed lots of phone calls on thier 10p a minute lines, plus enotes t oeventually sort it out.
This firm are tha worst I have ever dealt with and I would advise anybody to steer well clear of them. Pay a bit more and go to Dixonx online. I have don this now.
