I ordered a larder fridge and paid the standard delivery charge plus an extra £2.99 for two day delivery. I received a phone call on the day of the order to say that they didn't have the item in stock and would not be able to deliver within the time limit. They would therefore refund the extra charge and deliver within 3-7 days.

True to their word, the order arrived, correct, perfect, and on day 3 - no problems there. However, I have not yet had the £2.99 refund and intend chasing this until they pay - only a small sum maybe, but a promise is a promise !! The customer service rating is therefore downgraded because they haven't yet paid and I'm having to chase them - otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
