Was recommended this company by a client of mine so assumed they must be good, BIG MISTAKE!
Good points:
- Order went through without any problems
- Most of my order was delivered within a week of payment
Bad points:
- Zero communication, apart from one call from them regarding a table I had no idea when anything was turning up. If it wasn't for the fact I work from home I dread to think what would have happened to the filling cabinest and storage cahinest I ordered if I hadn't been in.
- Impossible to contact, phone and email support is a joke.
- I'm still waiting for 2 chairs and some storage boxes and it's now 2 weeks since I placed the order.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
