I use to work for this company and only survived for a very short time, The company like other big companies do not want to retain customers, just rip em off in what they call upsells, a good one is to check your bill and see if they have charged you for a 1 ltr top up of oil that you didnt ask for, plus all the other upsells, Brake fluid and air con treatments.
Also you usually get charged full labour costs for additional repairs which should be discounted down to allow for the vehicle combination time while vehicle in workshop.
Take your vehicle in for a service and MOT and again your charged for duplicated work - Some of service items are checked when MOT carried out and Vice Versa- Should not be charged full up
