When flicking through previous reviews and comments, I am beginning to see a pattern when it comes to experiences with this organisation. Based on my own experiences I feel very strongly about pointing anyone looking to possibly trade in there phone with envirofone in completely the opposite direction.

I sent off my Nokia N95 8GB to envirofone after recioeving a quote of £111.60. The phone was sent via recorded delivery and packaged very well.Shortly after the phone was sent out I was scheduled to complete some charity work in cairo and didnt have access to my email or recieve phone calls. To my suprise when I got back I found a cheque for £30.68.

After speaking to Envirofone and explaining the circumstances, I was told that the phone had an LCD fault and they could not offer any more money or assist any further. After a request to recieve my phone back I was informed that due to the deadline being passed my phone had already been sold to a third party.

I was so discusted with my experience that I began to research into the business and see what everyone else was experiencing. I could not believe the amount of people that had recieved exactly the same response and service from Envirofone ( I found 8 reviews with exactly the same phone with exactly the same fault reported!)

Envirofone are a business taken the appearance of a fair,legitimate comapany that our trying to help the environment. Though this could not be further from the truth. I strongly believe that they are a poorly run, joke of an organisation that have only profit in mind, and If I can achieve anything by writing this review, its so I can help others to avoid falling for the same trap as I did.
