I bought a pay-as-you-go phone from phones 4 u, ordered on a monday, they said "order before 1pm and we guarantee next day delivery". By Wednesday there was still no sign of my phone so I decided to cancel the order. I phoned their order line, spoke to a representative after a few minutes, got through the whole security check and said "I'd like to cancel this order please". The rep's reply: "it's already been cancelled". When I asked why, she said the order had "failed" even though I'd only had one email from them that said to relax, they were processing the order. She said they had generated an automatic email to advise me of this, but I definitely didn't get one.

Don't bother with phones 4 u, unless you want to be messed around.
