Absolutely the worst car and the most expensive car we have ever reneted.

We booked this through Do You Spain which we have on several ocassions, but never with this firm (Record A Car) and never will again.

we were told prior to booking that there were absolutely no additional charges to be added to our credit card on arrival at the airport as we only have a £500 credit limit. On arrival they advised that this was incorrect and that we had to pay 300 euros deposit which we didn#t have so had to pay the excess of 4.50 per day plus the fuel took us over our credit limit. I actually sent 3 emails and rang their office twice to double-check that this wouldn't happen but obviously they lied to me. And the car well that was a complete joke, it had clocked up 94,364 kilometres, it had no wheel trims and it looked as though it had been in an accident with a HGV. I will book again with DoYouSpain but will stick with Auriga Crown which is who they normally use, but looking at the queues for thier desk on arrival it would appear they were fully booked.
