We brought 2 beds from dreams for my mother who is disabled and terminally ill. The first ended up being thrown out because of severe mattress dipping, the second which she currently has is impossible to sleep on because it has dipped and sagged all over the place, two beds in 18 months is unacceptable. A so called independent advisor visited us yesterday and let me tell you if he decides she can't have a new mattress despite it being under a year old I will be taking this to watchdog mark my words.
