say away?
we booked a holiday feb 2009 for christmas holiday which was the cheapest for florida we could get,but we phoned to pay off the balance and was told someone will have to ring me back, nobody did after phoning four more times i was told to speak to the person who made the reservaions and they gave me her direct no. she told me that one of my flights had been cancelled and there was no other flights for the date i needed.She offered us an other holiday or said we can have our depostit back. the new holiday would leave five days later then planed with another airline and different hotel for £200 more we accepted. today i checked my flight seating reservations and found i will miss my connection flight home.They did'nt contact me at all,so i phoned them and they told me that the flight time on our return journey is later than planned which means i will miss my connecting flight home. when i spoke to them they told me i would have to sort it out with the airline as its not there problem.i have now been put on an early flight to my connection airport but will haveto spend seven hour in airport before my other flight will leave.i am now wondering what will happen next as i still don't fly till december it is the worst company i have had to deal with.And this company don't care
