I have been with Fasthost for over two years and I have had no real problems with them, that was until I tried to cancel my account. As you may be aware Fasthost send you an invoice after they've taken payment without warning. My latest invoice had increased by 22% from the year before - so I went through the process of cancelling in the hope of getting a refund and they certainly make it very difficult for you. After several phone calls and numerous emails I have failed to come to an agreement. I would strongly urge anybody who's thinking of using this company to think again.
