This is my revue to the Best Maritim hotel in Cambrils, which my sister and I have just returned from.
The booking made of ther internet with yourselves wwe cannoy fauly at all. You were most helpful in every way.
The hotel however was terrible. Dust and fluff under the beds which looked as if it had been there all season. Furniture badly in need of being replaced. Food the worst we have had in all the 40 years we have been going on holiday. Everything was either lukewarm or coold.
On the day of our departure we were informed to could not have breakfast as the dining room did not open till eight o clock and we were leaving before then. On other occasions we have always been given a continental breakfast before leaving. We ordered a fridge for our room, which came with a very musty smell and had mould in parts ofthe inside. We refused this and they brought it back 5 minutes later minus the mould but still smelling, so again we refused it. After the 3rd time we eventually got one that was clean.
Entertainment was supposed to be each evening, but it was only on 2 nights.
We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was very nice,. but it has certainly gone down in every way now .
