It's been a full year since I paid these guys but they still haven't sent me the tickets! I am constantly emailing them and they keep on promising they will deliver but they don't. The tickets were too expensive and I am worried that I might lose my money... also if I couldn't make it to the concert you don't have enough time to make alternative arrangements as they (if at all) deliver them literally at the last minute.

I am now trying to 'threaten' them in order for them to take me seriously but they don't give out their managers names or phone numbers, nor do they have a complaints procedure so I hope if you are in the same situation as me the following could help
