Hi I have bought tickets through See Tickets for the Green Day show next Tuesday the 27th October and am still waiting for my tickets to arrive. We were told we could not get in touch until 5 days before the event took place so I have not tried until today. I am unable to get through on the phone to customer services it hangs comes up with the message opposite hang up when I try. I have tried to access their website which is undergoing some sort of maintainence. There is no email address available and I am starting to worry we will not get our tickets in time as the post office are on strike for the next two days. This is a birthday treat for my 2 young nephews who will be gutted if we do not get to go . If the tickets do arrive I will ammend my review but the fatc I am unable to get in touch with anyone is making me nervous. Do I just turn up on the day and hope it gets sorted then? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
