I wanted to sell our Honda Accord and they offered 10,240 for it. However, when I was close to taking the car to one of their locations, the salesman on the phone said they would only offer 9,000 despite their written quotation and may increase slightly if there are no problems found. Luckily he told me this before I took the car which saved me a wasted trip and I decided not to sell the car to them. They sound like a complete scam. They offer you a high price to get you to bring the car and them and then offer you much lower hoping you'd sell out of desparation.
