Overall, Buyacar provides an excellent means to source a new car. Pre-sales information and communication was excellent; as was final delivery. And using the online process - easy. The price for my new Ford Focus most enticing. They were however let down by manufacture's lead/deleivery times which meant my retaining a hire car for a month longer than expected; offsetting the extra hire car costs severally dented the VFM of the original deal. Would I use or recommend Buyacar - well, yes, but with the proviso of better information and assurances on delivery time. I'm very happy to now be driving my new Ford Focus. Thank you Buyacar.
