i ordered an ab king pro from the shopping channel on sky and was told that parcel force would deliver it within 21 days, after 28 days i phoned them up to enquire about my delivery and they told me it had been delivered to my house but no one was there to collect it so it had been taken back to the depot, if someone did try to deliver the parcel then why didn`t they leave a calling card. the gentleman at the customer services said he would redeliver the parcel within 5 days if i paid £4.95 for the express delivery but still after 10 days there was no joy and when i phoned them again this time i was told that the driver couldn`t find my address so i cancelled the whole thing, i don`t think i`ll be ordering anything from the shopping channel again because you can get similar items from the shops.
