Absolutely useless.
Attractive initial prices, marred by substandard installation, support, consistency of speed.
If you brave the 15 minute plus queues for support you will reach an Indian call centre with no useful information.
If you brave the queue for the disconnections section you will reach UK people who will lie their heart out to get you to stay.
