The site is very poorly set up technically, and is constantly having failures. The backend systems are badly misconfigured, you sometimes have to manually delete cookies just to be able to log back in, emails don't get delivered and so conversations stop midway making you or them appear rude, sometimes the site is unavailable altogether or your profile just "disappears" and you can't log in. The whole thing appears to be run by incompetents.
There's a distinct lack of features available that many other sites have as standard, and some of the ones which are there are incur an additional cost.
On the plus side, the site has a high profile and there are lots of members on there, most of whom seem genuine profiles, although the occasional fake ones have been spotted.
