It took us 40 mins to find the camper van parked in a car park from which the rental agency was being run! Despite receiving confirmation of the booking the week before and the money being taken from our account, we arrived to find the car had been cancelled for no reason and the rep just drove off and left us with 2 kids in the hot sun. We had no choice but to rent from another company at the airport. Total cost of hire should have been around £4oo instead it was £1200! Got the original £400 back but would never use easy car again.
