Thank you Fleetway,this is the 4th time we have booked a holiday with
your company and as always, everything was perfect! thoroughly enjoyed
our stay in Crete at the Mitsis Serita hotel which was well managed and
where we had friendly and efficient service throughout our stay.
housekeeping standards were high. We were fortunate with wonderful
weather. The quality and variety of the food was excellent though we did
think a five star hotel would have provided fresh orange juice at
breakfast and as many hotels of five star standard provide sparkling
white wine as part of the normal breakfast service it was disappointing
not to find that available at the Serita hotel.Some of the evening
entertainment provided was of very high quality - The range of
facilities at the Serita is superb - lush gardens, beautiful SPA , good
pools with lots of paddling pool space for the younger children, wide
terraces, a lovely beach area and all types of water sport available
makes it an excellent choice for families. Thank you Fleetway for such a
faultless service we will definately book with you again.
