Recently went from Miami to Rome and then Rome to Boston. We were pleasantly surprised having read all of the negative reviews. The outbound flight was 45 minutes late..not too bad considering we encountered people from a Delta flight that was 6 hours late. The service was attentive and they did not "disappear" after serving "dinner". Our bags traveled without incident there and back. The return flight was comparable. On our return flight, it did take an entire 2 hrs from the time we got in line to check-in until we got on the bus to take us to the plane. They were already boarding when we got to the "gate". Pure chaos in Rome when checking in and at the departure gate... never saw anything like it ever.
